Gretchen Garnett
Gretchen has been in love with movement since a young age. She began dance lessons at age four and was introduced to yoga through her dance training. She became hooked when she moved to San Francisco and discovered Laughing Lotus Yoga Center in 2007. She completed her 200-hour teacher training at Laughing Lotus in 2012 and moved to Amsterdam later that year. Her classes are challenging and fun and connect movement and breath with the flow of a dance. She encourages her students to find their own expression of the yoga practice and fosters a creative and empowering atmosphere.
