The last two years have been like nothing much any of us have experienced before in our lifetimes, it has left many of us feeling anxious, disconnected and depleted.
During this week of retreat, we offer you the opportunity to reconnect - to nature, to those around you, and to the body that you live in.
Mary provides a safe space for you to explore coming home to yourself, through the practices of yoga, somatics and embodied movement; mantra, pranayama and meditation. Finding not just safety, but perhaps more self-awareness, compassion and even joy and love in your being.
Supported by the valley, incredible nature, nourishing and delicious food and our nurturing community, we welcome you to come home this summer.

Your Teacher
Mary is a Yoga Teacher and Emotional Wellbeing Practitioner. Fascinated by us, our relationships with ourselves, each other and our planet and our innate capacity to heal ourselves, Mary’s aim is to create an inclusive environment of non-judgement and hold a safe space for self-enquiry in all aspects of her work.
Her invitation to you is to give time and space to explore personal healing, growth and evolution.
Loved ones describe Mary as having humanity, generosity, spontaneity, a strong drive for social justice, a rebellious spirit, a contagious laugh and a soulful voice.
Travelling to us
We are located approximately 2.5 hours from both Lisbon and Porto and accessible by car, with a number of hire options available in both cities. For those looking to travel by public transport, we recommend travelling via Lisbon for regular Rede Expressos bus services to our local town of Oleiros, where we’ll pick you up for the short drive to the retreat.
Check in between 5pm and 7pm or arrive with the 1:30pm bus from Lisboa Sete Rios into Oleiros at 5pm. At the end of the week depart with the 8am bus from Oleiros to Lisboa Sete Rios or check out by 12pm.

Shared space in 4 bed stone Moses Cottage, 3 bed stone Adega Cottage or private Single SoulPad - 1,050€ per person
Private Double/Twin SoulPad for single occupancy - 1,400€ per person
Private Double/Twin SoulPad for double occupancy - 1,960€ for 2 people
We ask for a 20% deposit to secure your place and if for any reason you can’t make it, we simply carry your deposit forward onto any visit in the next 3 years.
