CANCELLATIONs & REFUNDS

We have changed our conditions for 2020 to accommodate any changing travel restrictions. Balance payments are now only required when you are safely here. If you have to cancel for any reason at any time, your 20% booking deposit carries over for the next 3 years. We simply ask that you advise as early as possible that you can not make it so that we can offer the place to another guest.

HEALTH & MEDICAL INFORMATION

If you have any important health concerns, injuries or allergies then do please let us know via email before your arrival. That way we can brief the team and be aware of how best to take care of you during your time on retreat with us. It is advisable to have good travel insurance, although this year that might not always be possible.

Your Data

Vale de Moses respects your information and any details you share with us will remain private. However it is important that you know we do work with third party mailing applications such as Mailchimp and Gmail. It is through these sites that we can stay in touch with you through newsletter updates and through our email communications about your stay. We store only your name and email and nobody, except us, will see it. We will never share your data with anyone else.
