Create time to rest & digest, connect, find your center, find your strength, feel grounded, create space, slow down, let go, open up, tune in to flow, tap into creativity and experience joy, compassion & gratitude. Besides yoga there will be time for meditation, breath work, mindfulness, mobility work, journaling, relaxing in hammocks, reading, hiking, swimming, outdoor showers, petting dogs, conversations and nourishing delicious vegan and vegetarian meals.
What greater gift is there than giving yourself space and time to recalibrate, reconnect & realign.

Lili Koeba
I’m Lilianne, a compassionate and experienced yoga instructor (RYT 200hrs Vinyasa and RYT 200hrs Yin) with a unique background as both a physiotherapist and mindfulness MBSR trainer. Amsterdam is my homebase. My mission is to create a nurturing space for students to explore yoga, focusing on the breath, mobility, and the body-mind connection to foster mindfulness and resilience. Whether guiding you through the dynamic playful flow of Vinyasa or the gentle, restorative movements of Yin, there will be emphasis on feeling grounded, creating space and being in tune with body and mind.
